Can you touch type?

Can you be a good programmer when you have to look at the keyboard like a pajeet?
I type at around 60WPM, but do this without losing sight of the keyboard, and I have never learned all that ``home row'' witchcraft.

i can type 120wpm+ but i don't type that fast when i code. mostly in IRC
