every fucking image board i use get shut down after only a few week cos of russian pedos spamming the image boards, is it even possible to stop them since recaptcha doesn't stop them from using bots?

Then you can ban the IPs (or IP ranges) they post from as needed. But in my experience they're mainly proxyfags.
