Pausing Google Play's billing system in Russia

Hello Google Play Developer,

Due to payment system disruption, we will be pausing Google Play’s billing system for users in Russia in the coming days. This means users will not be able to purchase apps and games, make subscription payments or conduct any in-app purchases of digital goods using Google Play in Russia.

Users will still be able to access Google Play and download free apps and games.

Please refer to the Help Center for additional details and ongoing updates.

People I know warn that Russian refugees fleeing Ukraine to EU get detained on the border by SBU and tortured (including beating with rifle butts to the face and anal rape). SBU wants them to admit they are Russian spies, because somebody in high command gave order to catch spies and pays money for each one caught. In Russia it is the same - they caught random Ukrainian and torture him until he admits being spy. For some reason they never do that to cis women.

Good thing I ran away from Ukraine, instead of re-applying.
