2.The system accepts it as valid, since all pizza recipes
are previously accepted by JavaScript input check that
allows only <42 pineapple pieces(and is bypassed easily by editing
the final order text).
3.Automated system starts making this pizza recipe:
it adds a slice each 3 seconds until the number of
pieces is equal to order pieces, piling up slices until
it runs out of pineapples but never reaches the -1 pineapple number.
4.Billions of pineapples are automatically ordered
5.The company meanwhile goes bankrupt as all money
is spent.
6.Thousands of pineapple-laden trucks begin driving from port.
7.The pizza making machine has no human in the loop
and halts mysteriously, having exhausted the local pineapple supply.
8.However nothing technically bad happens:
the pizza is not exploding and pineapple pieces just slide
away harmlessly.
9.Technicians finally disconnect the machine from the outlet.
10.Janitors begin mopping up piles of pineapple pieces.
11.CEO congratulates himself for pristine safety record and
blames pineapple delivery company for bankruptcy,
claiming the correct procedure for handling all pizza recipes
is to shut the whole system down to prevent overspending
on ingredients for the cases where pizza recipe is too complex to
