Not everything that's outlawed is outlawed because someone gains financial profit from it - for example murder and rape are outlawed because they harm people, not because murder and rape hurt someone's profits.
How can America be a free country, if it outlaws Child Porn, just like Russia, North Korea and China?Isn't this kind of a "Hitler ate sugar" argument? Russia, NK, and China also have armed forces, a government, and a population. Does that mean any country with one of those things is a totalitarian dictatorship? What sets America apart as a "free country" is that criticism of the government is protected speech, which isn't true in places like North Korea.
