The study compared pedo inmates with non-pedo inmates.

And the abstract says they were in for non-violent and non-sex offenses, so they were probably CP offenders

The study said the ones the pedos were compared to were non-violent and non-sex offenders. So violent offenders were included in the pedo group. For all we know there were some """computer geniuses""" (who knew how to read a wiki on the same site he downloaded he CP from) who got tired of CP and searched for the real thing, as most of them do.
