And none of these censored comments were insulting or breaking ToS, people were just stating their political opinion in a thoughtful manner. Non political comments are not censured.

He is talking about how the author wrote the line, not what he wrote. Essentially, even if in almost every other regard the writer is bad, if he manages to write a good line that sounds pretty swell, then Seneca will cite it. Infowars is still shit.
