The point is that you should be able claim asylum on the grounds that you're being discriminated and threatened because of your race or sexual orientation.

Discrimination is not reason for an asylum by UN convention. Only life-threating conditions are. Otherwise I could have claimed asylum on the ground of myself not being Russian, because Russians discriminate against any non-Russian person. Then again, I can get a job in Russia, because I refuse to write Russian language, because Russian is the degenerate language of subhuman apes.

I'm not a lawyer for any European country so I don't actually know if this works for them.

I'm neither and I don't have money for a lawyer. Proper lawyer costs more than buying EU citizenship through investment ($300,000) or a sham marriage (around $200,000). I have tried offering EU citizens women $100,000 to marry me and all of them refused, then my account was banned, because many of them have reported me.
