What do you expect to see on the street? Above your head?
What would change in society, culture, religion?

I agree, there would be changes. But feminism can reframe things as "liberated womyn sexual power".
The first things would be Chads,they would take notice they're banging STD factories. It would also cause a huge leverage over woman in religious societies(where virginity is valued) and may create much stricter moral code, since you can't hide being a slut anymore. In the west it could be different, if virginity and purity isn't valued, the numbers would devolve into high scores "how many persons i fucked" and shaming virgins instead of sluts/playboys.
