Chris Florian I saw Judas Priest around 2005-2006. KK definitely seemed a step behind back then. They had to slightly slow down the songs for him, or at least it seemed that way. He was a good guitarist, but he seemed like he should have retired about 15 years ago

Panayiotis Tsitsis Chris Florian I don't have any reason to not believe you but I find it quite suspicious because literally the whole band tried to cover Tipton in the later years by playing the songs slower. I saw Judas Priest twice in 2011 and in 2015 when I played in a festival in Athens, Greece, they were headliners for the day, Tipton backstage was soaked in alcohol, he couldn't even speak, he looked drunk and high, I bet he didn't even know in which country or city he is. I couldn't belive that he played the show that night and to be honest I think that most of the time his guitar was lower than the other guy. So, you might say the truth but Tipton seems like the real reason they were slow back then.

Dave Lemire KK would have an entirely different opinion if he didn't sell his rights to his own music in order to dump it all into a failed golf course. He was so confident that he literally flipped the bird to the band on his way out the door. Now he blames everyone else but himself. This is something major that he blatantly ignores and disregards. Greg Young All I know is when Priest announced the “farewell tour” (I know, what a joke right…insert whichever band that has lied about that the last 25 years) at the time when I first heard it mentioned I got a little nervous it was actually going to happen. Then in a week or less it was announced it wasn’t going to be a farewell tour, just an end to long world tours (again lies). Then a day or two later, KK announces he’s not going to participate in the tour and is retiring. And at that time there was mention from him (because he was asked, or he made the statement on his own, I don’t remember exactly how it went down) of, in his words, “lack of energy” live and “management issues”. So the crap goes all the way back to when he left…nothing new. I guess when he gets asked a question, he could take the high road, but hell, what fun would that be for farcebook 😂🥸🥱🙄🤠🤩🍻🤯😱😈

Charles Reagan Creatively your missing the mark. First CD was ok for a first release but nothing musically really grabbed me and stood out. Second CD stronger but much of the same. There’s no soul I don’t feel it. You have a group of talented musicians but the creative process is suffering. You have to have strong soulful songs that’ll grab you and have a strong impression. That doesn’t mean write bluesy songs. It means, you need to write your version of, delivering the goods, exciter, living after midnight, screaming for vengeance, pain killer. I’ll say it again in a different way. Gives us a pain killer that will ease the frustration of todays cultural problems plaguing society today. Put some metal into the cause. Give us an exciter that unleashes our soul and energizes us. Gives us a hellion and an electric eye that rises to the occasion and takes me to place I soar above my personal struggles for a brief moment in time. Give us a living after midnight anthem that we can crank up and share with our kids driving to one of you shows. You have technical prowness but no life is in the songs. Quit trying to prove yourself Your to absorbed with proving yourself and it shows in the songs. You have 100 percent complete musical freedom to create some great stuff. I can’t speak for everyone but that’s a pretty good place to be. Forget about priest. The whole priest thing is creating roadblocks and getting in the way and hindering from experiencing musical freedom.

Brad Earp You voluntarily announced your intention to "retire" and concentrate on your golf course and that unfortunately ended in administrative/bankruptcy. Had your business venture been a success and profitable you wouldn't give a crap about getting back into Judas and going back out on the road and resume grinding it out in front of smaller crowds at 70 years old. So, while you were off doing the golf thing all the dynamics in Judas shifted on every level. Ian Hill isn't making that call denying you the "opportunity of being back in Judas" that's Rob and Glenn. K.K.'s book didn't help matters either. And why pay K.K. more than they have to pay Faulkner and Sneep combined who have zero ownership in Judas? The lion's share of the touring dollars are being split 3 ways between Rob, Glenn and to a lesser extent Ian. Who needs K.K. to dilute that pot at this point? And Sneep contributes on multi-levels not just playing guitar. Every interview I read or hear K.K sounds like he is surprised that he isn't in Judas anymore and somehow has been blindsided. You walked away from it! K.K. will never get it.

The priest one is the interval of say A to C to G like say Hot rockin' They do it in many keys and tons of tunes. Maiden's is say E to C to D like say Trooper and many others. The priest one is more sharp and rocking the maiden one is a slower interval in the mind and got really boring to me. On the powerslave album they started getting really formulaic and I lost interest.

Women, however, are almost put on a pedestal and treated with utmost respect in the metal community. Men have to go on Talent alone , While Many, No ALL, female fronted metal bands use both Masculine , " Manly " effects to sound like the guys , And also use T&A as an attractant . I have a hard time taking a singer seriously when their show revolves around Crotch Shots , Pushed up Boobs and Ass Wiggling . I can play SLAYER while watching Porn hub at home . I don't go to a show in hopes of getting a Boner .. I have watched over the years as Many mediocre female bands have surpassed , Other more deserving Female bands , Simply because they use T& A ... On the other hand. I know many Female Fronted bands that are SIMPLY AMAZING.. Beautiful Skeletons Innocents Torn Sepsis Cosmic Waste Dying Oath Splintered Throne Cryptic Writings Bored With Fire Purge the Heretic ... These Women are all Absolutely Beautiful and Talented . They bring All of it to the stage , INCLUDING THEIR CLOTHES !
