Tonight I enjoyed shaved beef, a baked poatatoa, some basic canned vegetables, with breaded mushrooms. I admit the action of eating, but do not believe admitting a roal thereby is necessary at this juncture.

Chick pea curry mixed with some big dollops of yogurt and lightly-toasted Turkish bread for dipping.
Today I have pot of boiled potatoes, a can of beans and two packets of instant porridge. Taste: Mediocre, as per usual.

I had three peppermints and a plate of spaghetti with italian meatballs, wheat toast, milk, and a shot of whiskey. Taste: Meatballs sucked. I should have made them myself. Peppermints tasted so good that I chewed them, which wasted almost all of the taste. Bread had stupid oats in it. I will pay more attention next time I buy it and get the right brand. Whiskey was mediocre.

Many of you need to add more garlic to your meals to avoid pallid skin and emotional instability caused by poor nutritional practices. When I make rice or boiled potatoes I always make sure to break a full bulb of garlic into cloves, peel them and add them to the pot (usually 9-12 cloves). lightly-boiled full cloves of garlic are very tasty and healthful.
