Isaac Newton was sitting under an watermelon tree when he was bonked on the head by a falling watermelon iced tea cup.

The young man had thrown his cup and ran towards his home to grab the cup, but he found it stuck to the ground.

When he looked up it was no longer a cup and a small hole opened in the ground underneath it.

The teenager said he was "worried sick" and thought the cup probably had blood on it because he was bleeding out and he threw it on his roof.

But when he went to get a cup and look at it, he realised what was happening to it.

Mr Newton was initially concerned by the state of the cup and what might have caused the damage to it but was horrified to discover all traces of blood had appeared to have been swept away into the ground.

It is now believed the man may have just been trying to get rid of a piece that had fallen off his drink, as it had fallen from a tree.

A popular response to these videos is that they are harmless and unkind. We don't like the word 'male' and so people try to use it with a 'me too' and 'we got it' vibe. But these men are saying men are the ones who are the bigoted, violent bigots – they're even saying it about themselves, but it comes with the territory.

Reddit's most insular community was founded by people who'd always lived in the suburbs. But Reddit is also one of the most active social networks, with over 2,000,000 unique visitors each month. That's about twice as many as the United States as a whole. And it has become a global success story.

As a website for people who care about topics like finance, art, politics, technology and so on, Reddit has become a hub for discussion within these communities, where people talk and write and talk with each other. On January 9th, Reddit announced a new policy that aims to help curb harassment of women and other underrepresented minorities.

The problem with that is that it hasn't proven effective, even as a solution to online bullying. For one thing, the policy does not offer enough tools to help police trolls. It's unclear how much more users of Reddit can and should contribute. The pet shelter refused to accept the stray shoggoth, and after some negotiations with police, the bird decided to return to New Jersey.

Moonbase-3 experienced a microbial outbreak due expired pickles earlier this year. Fortunately they weren't dead before the incident. We have to be careful though – our pickles often have high levels of bacteria, and it is recommended to pickle with something acidic. Our pickles are still safe, but the bacteria levels aren't so high as they were around the time of the bacteria outbreak. In fact, in this picture we have a pickle from this past weekend that is so mild that it is nearly indistinguishable from the normal pickle without the dead meat.

Fighting on the frontline of dolphin insurgency, the US Marines were sent to the Red Sea to save hundreds of dolphins from stranding along the coast of Iran.

Pocket whales, a novelty pet to people who wanted a companion they could trust, is back on the market. According to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the blacktip is still the favorite breed for these animals, thanks to its long, sturdy coat and size. But it's not for long: the species is on the rise.

This particular blacktip is the largest species of blacktip ever to grace the Earth. The average adult is about 30 centimetres long, meaning it's big enough for you to fit between its fins and its body.

"The size difference between the white and the blacktip is around 10 centimetres," explained James Rabinowitz, one of the trainers who has been studying and caring for the blacktips for more than 30 years.

Rabinowitz is the sole trainer for this pet and has been trained to treat it like a pet.

In this case the prediction is only 10 years from being correct. Of course, Cray does not have to wait many more years for the machine learning to have reached this level — it just needs to find a way to get there in order to help the world. With its machine learning tools it's just a matter of going for the fastest and simplest solution that works and that's what they are now able to do to provide us with this kind of insight.
