BTW, I saw this video when it came out on Feb 26, 2013. And I saw it as a poor campaign to hire freshies, to dispense them away. One of the top comments had thought correctly: (as I recall the quote ↓)
If entry point to a career is low, the market will move to shift to that field.
Which isn't the case. The field of CS requires multiple disciplines in different sciences, in particularly math. The entire campaign fails to discuss this important fact about CS, and why only 1% of jobs are being fulfilled in the market place.
However, notice how the title is called Code Stars, not Programming Stars, or Computer Stars. All they need is writers, not designers.
I laughed about the fact that Jack Dorsey is into maps, when he created Twitter. It is as if his musing of creating maps led him to write Twitter, will the mobile API, because he "had a very clear goal what I wanted to do, which to see a map of the city on my screen and play with it." It's not like it was designed to map out people w/ their locations and all.
