I will acknowledge that pricing on eBooks is not ideal, but pricing is a different conversation--you can't just take what you want, when you want, because you disagree with what's being charged. An eBook is a luxury, not a right. If you can't afford it, too bad, but that's life. If you go to Target and they have a flatscreen television you like, but you can't afford it, can you just take it? No.

An eBook is a luxury, not a right
Why? Why not just make it legal to download eBooks, then it would no longer be a luxury and this wouldn't even be a issue. Did you ever think of that?

What if the global economic system built by the United States of America constantly deprives me of my rightful wealth? Do I have a moral right to steal eBooks made in USA?
Then there will be no eBooks. Better limiting knowledge to those who can afford it, than leaving everyone equally ignorant.

>>1 Your statements are all absolute and have no supporting arguments. So this isn't an attempt at a debate. You are just advertising your view point. Fuck off.
How can you assert this? Do you have any proof legalizing downloading eBooks would cause all production of eBooks to cease, or are you just pulling this out of your ass?
No incentive to publish knowledge. Peer-review journals will be forced to close and the only publications remain would be that of insane people, like Mentifex, who doesn't need to pass review.

>>7 Why don't you move to India and get a Job, faggot
p.s. also don't download any ebooks or i will drone you
Indians are inborn losers bathing in mental depravity, without a will to change their society and better themselves. The Hinduism itself favors degradation and stagnation, compared to the civilized protestantism and judaism.

>>8 The ability to legally download eBooks would not destroy all monetary incentive necessarily. Anyone can already download anything they fucking want and most people do. If the only reason for the illegality of downloading eBooks is to keep the incentive for publishers to exist maybe you can just create laws to force people to write books along with the laws forcing people from downloading them. More laws will surely solve the problem, right?

>>7 Why are US and EU average salaries 5-10 times higher than in the rest of the world? Are Americans the best workers in the world? But they are for the most part glaringly uneducated, obese, and spend most of their waking lives in a drugged condition. I don't belive that the average Ammie deserves his salary more than I do. But no single individual can change the global slavery system built by the US, therefore it is only rightful for non-Americans to steal any American property whenever they can.

>>13 Americans artificially keep their wages high through legal measures like minimum wage laws. They also create laws to keep foreigners from competing in the domestic market to protect their wages. If Americans really wanted to stay true to their free market principles they should allow all Mexican labor to come to America and compete against them on an open market, but they won't because they know Mexicans can work cheaper and better than them. Fucking fat ignorant sons of bitches should all be fucking killed.
Why are US and EU average salaries 5-10 times higher than in the rest of the world?
Because US and EU residents are hardworking people, while Indians are lazy slackers. If you don't like your salary, work harder and you will get promoted.
Because US and EU residents are hardworking people, while Indians are lazy slackers.
BULLSHIT, why not allow Indians to move to America and let them compete freely against "hardworking" Americans then? Because you know Americans are lazy pampered babies who would have their salaries driven down. Statistics prove immigrants in America are more successful and have a higher chance of class mobility than natives.

>>15 Fat, McDonalds-munching Prozac and Xanax addicts who can't spell "you're" or "it's" in their own language are "hard-working people"? That's a piece of baloney if there ever was one.
