But most of the cost is actually in fuel. My father has a yacht, and at full speed (40 nauts) it burns a gallon of diesel every five minutes. I suspect that he won't be filling the 1200 gallon fuel tank up very much as long as oil is so cheap.

Wasting work time in Instagram is on a different scale from hiring an inferior worker when having the choice of hiring a superior one. That's a decision with large long-term expenses.
