>>1 You should have your own CV & Resume online for your employer to see, that includes link to your personal repository. It just needs to show 1) you know how to program 2) and if you know how to program things in the job description. It doesn't need to hosted in a SNS.

Do a small, fun, graphical project, show it off on your personal website and have the code on your github. Visualise math, make a small game. Snake or another of these old games are fun and small projects. Have a neat screenshot on your sight and write a paragraph about it.
This is a tremendous filter. An expert programmer sees your code and the execution of your project and can judge your skill. A HR drone sees something fun and flashy. This filters out most unworthy applicants.
This is not a hard concept. I am assuming you can't actually program or are autistic, both reasons I wouldn't hire you.
>>12 You're retarded, I'm sorry. I don't believe you're a good programmer, neither do the people who looked at your resume apparently. If you're too stupid to invest a single day to make a websight and a small example project to greatly increase pay and opportunities you're too stupid to be a good programmer.
