Electrical Engineering and Computer Science probably deals with system automation and mid-level systems design. So it makes sense to expose modern systems via web interfaces instead of through gdi32 or however the fuck Windows works.

I still think the web is inherently a non-secure and non-stable environment. No project responsible for life and limb under my arm would ever use web tech for anything other than information dissemination.

I've been able to find on libgen every book I've wanted, even out of print books. It's really amazing that this isn't some crowdsourced P2P shit and some Slavic gang members put together a more accessible library than Google Books or Kindle.
