Others have offered a more scathing assessment of Prince's proposals, likening them to "literal colonialism" and arguing that the plan is primarily driven by his desire to profit from the 16-year conflict.
As Common Dreams reported last week, Trump recently fumed in a meeting with generals and high-ranking national security officials that the U.S. is not "winning" the war. He also complained that businesses are not working quickly enough to secure a share of Afghanistan's vast mineral wealth, which has been valued at around $1 trillion.
Prince's plan also reportedly includes the use of "an iPhone application called Safe Strike," which is presented as a "tool for air tactical controllers to safely and accurately call in precision airstrikes or indirect fire."

"Guam is an island, that at its widest level is 12 miles from shore to shore at its smallest level, smallest location 7 miles between one shore and the other. Very small island, about 24 miles if i recall long. So 24 miles long, about 7 miles wide at the least widest place of the island, about 12 miles long at the widest part of the island. My, my fear is that the whole island will become so overly populated that it would tip over, and capsize"

Lol, we just have a bunch of antifas and neo-nazis LARPing and beating each other up in the streets. Aside from some of the Soviet style censorship at the behest of entities like ICANN and the Alt-Right finding creative ways of publishing samizdat, nobody here gives a fuck. If he's worried about Trump, he's just a paper tiger, he'll fold just like every other Republican before him. I find the leftist reaction to be amusing, but yet so predictable.

Xarn's response to questions about his ``war'' comment:
I don't know. Germany only had part of it get better for a few decades after WW2, and without a power like the Soviet Union to push things in the right direction it's not likely that will happen this time. The most realistic thing to hope for is probably a Paris Commune type of scenario/series of scenarios, somewhere in the Mountain States or PNW, away from anywhere too economically or strategically important so it's not an immediate priority for the weakened military command to want to reclaim. The longer it manages to stay independent, the less likely it is to be re-annexed, especially if there are a bunch of them. I'd consider throwing in with that, even if it'll still almost certainly end in disaster.
I don't think it's likely to happen, though. Things only ever get worse now, not better.

The sexual degeneracy, the dollar not worth as much as it used to be, people dying from the opioid epidemic, 42 million in poverty, nearly $20 trillion in debt according to usdebtclock.org all that's needed is much worse economics conditions than what is at present. Pretty sick society, not much different from Weimar if you ask me.
>>102 Degeneracy is a buzzword, inflation in the US and hyperinflation in the WR are two completely distinct beasts, and US debt is basically meaningless (especially when compared to the WR's). Who is going to collect the US's debts?

I.e. the most important thing is missing. You also completely skipped over the government where tons of small parties had to form coalitions and compromised with each other until nothing could happen. The USA is effectively a two party state, for fuck's sake. How the is that ``not much different''?
The current US is diseased, but it is nothing like the Weimar Republic. If you want to make doomsayer comparisons, why don't you go for the fall of Rome? At least that makes you look like you read classical texts.

There's also many internal factions within those two parties; effectively emulating some of the same aspects that you see in multi-party democracies. Not every member of the GOP is pro-Trump, which is why not everything he wants done gets through in even a Republican controlled House and Senate. I remember the opposite happening when Obama was president, where there were Dems who were against him and he couldn't get things done in a Democratic controlled Congress. I don't expect it to get better over time, it will degenerate to the point where nothing could happen, just like Weimar.

Rome is also a great example, but Weimar is much more recent. Another thing is the USA doesn't have a Treaty of Versailles to accelerate the decline, either, but the fundamentals of what made Weimar, Weimar yet are here nonetheless.

>>170 Poland had been doing a pretty good job of keeping the Soviets out of Europe for the last 19 years or so. There is no doubt that the Soviets desired to expand into Europe, but the military cost of doing so was high enough that they were unwilling to do so without support, especially considering that in 1939 they had just been through the Great Purge and were in no position to take on the entirety of Europe. The most charitable interpretation of Hitler's invasion of Poland was that he was trying to trick the Soviets into a decisive engagement to drive them out of Europe, however even then it entailed putting the entirety of Western Europe at risk without their permission.
Either that, or like the Western plutocratic regimes during the war, collaborators.

True, which is why the civil war in Spain was more or less a proxy war for the Soviets. They had been building up their military in the meantime and the Wehrmacht was well on its way to crushing them completely until Lend-Lease, American and British material support.
Either that, or like the Western plutocratic regimes during the war, collaborators.
They were ``collaborators" only insofar as agreeing to work with Communists on certain goals. By that ``logic", one can equally say that anyone who opposes Communism is a ``Nazi collaborator", simply because opposing Communism is one trait of Nazis.
They had been building up their military in the meantime and the Wehrmacht was well on its way to crushing them completely until Lend-Lease, American and British material support.
Hitler had also succeeded in crushing France, Poland, and much of the Scandinavian countries as well. Supporting the Soviets through Lend-Lease was basically self-defense for the surviving non-Axis European powers; they didn't like Communists but the Axis had made itself a greater immediate threat to stability and peace in Europe, such that it was easy to regard the Soviets as ``the lesser of two evils."
